第七十七条 摸头是触摸主体使用手部或手臂对他人进行抚摸的触摸行为。摸头行为仅限于亲密关系中发生，禁止在普通关系和陌生关系中发生。

Article 77 Head-touching is the act of touching the subject using hands or arms to touch others. The act of touching heads is restricted to occur in intimate relationships, and is forbidden to occur in ordinary relationships and unfamiliar relationships.
